At The Shroomery NM, we’re committed to delivering the best quality tea to you. Because tea is a food product, we are unable to accept returns. To help ensure your satisfaction, we recommend purchasing a small quantity of any tea you're unfamiliar with before committing to a larger order.

1. A Change in Your Favorite Tea?
If you're a returning customer and notice a difference in flavor, aroma, or quality, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. While small-batch blending can cause slight variations between batches, the differences should not be drastic. If something seems off, we want to know! We care about your experience and will work with you to resolve it.

2. Mistakes Happen — Let Us Make It Right
We take great care in packing each order to ensure it’s just right for you, but occasionally, errors do happen. If you receive the wrong item or if we mistakenly put the wrong label on a pouch, simply let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll happily offer a reshipment or store credit—no need to send the incorrect item back.
