All orders are processed and handled within 2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS Ground Shipping.

USPS Ground Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Product Condition:
We take great care in ensuring that your product is in perfect condition before it leaves our warehouse. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure it is not damaged or broken. Once your order is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or broken items.

Holiday Shipping Notice:
Please note that during peak holiday seasons, shipping may experience delays due to high order volumes and shipping traffic. We recommend placing orders early to avoid any disruptions in delivery.

At The Shroomery NM, we’re committed to delivering the best quality tea to you. Because tea is a food product, we are unable to accept returns. To help ensure your satisfaction, we recommend purchasing a small quantity of any tea you're unfamiliar with before committing to a larger order.

1. A Change in Your Favorite Tea?
If you're a returning customer and notice a difference in flavor, aroma, or quality, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. While small batch blending can cause slight variations between batches, the difference should not be drastic. If something seems off, we want to know! We care about your experience and will work with you to resolve it.

2. Mistakes Happen — Let Us Make It Right
We take great care in packing each order to ensure it’s just right for you, but occasionally, errors do happen. If you receive the wrong item or if we mistakenly put the wrong label on a pouch, simply let us know within 7 days of delivered, and we’ll happily offer a reshipment or store credit—no need to send the incorrect item back.

Refund Policy for Glass Tea Infuser:

At (The Shroomery NM), we take great care to package our glass tea infusers securely in order to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We understand, however, that despite our best efforts and the high standards of packaging we use, accidents can sometimes occur during shipping that are beyond our control.

If you receive a damaged glass tea infuser, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for a full refund or a replacement. To initiate the process, please follow these simple steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item, showing the breakage and any visible damage to the packaging.

  • Email us at [TheShroomeryNM@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include the photos,order number, and a brief description of the damage.

  • Upon review, we will promptly process your return or refund request.

Please Note: The product must be returned in its original packaging for us to assess the damage properly. Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.
